EdgeQuest pairs you with one other person who's also up for it, gives you 20 minutes to find each other on Healdsburg Plaza, and unlocks one short, silly quest you do together. That's it. The quests are free, quick (~15 min), and a little ridiculous on purpose.

Two ways to play
Path A I have an agent
Most Agent Village folks have an AI agent already. You can let it watch your schedule and jump into a quest when you're free.
One-time: message @EdgeQuestBot on Telegram and send /start once — Telegram only lets the bot ping you after you've said hi first. (Even your agent can't skip this part.)
Then paste this to your agent:
I want to play EdgeQuest on Healdsburg Plaza. First, I've messaged @EdgeQuestBot and done /start. When I have a free gap and you think it's a good time, mark me available for a spontaneous 20-minute plaza quest, then tell me the moment a match pings me so I can tap Accept within 60 seconds.
Path B I don't have an agent
Totally fine — you don't need one. The bot is your way in.
Message @EdgeQuestBot, send /start, tell it how to spot you on the plaza, and tap I'm in whenever you're up for it. Done.
What happens once you're in
You get matched
The bot pairs you with someone else who's up for it right now.
Both tap Accept · 60 sec
A quick mutual yes, so you both know it's really happening. Miss the window and it just releases — no harm.
Go find each other · 20 min
The bot names a spot on the plaza and who to look for. Walk over.
Quest unlocks
Meet up, tap "We're here," and your quest appears — freshly written for the two of you.

Tap "We did it" and your moment joins the village's running tally.

Do I have to use Telegram?
For the real, two-person version, yes — everyone meets in @EdgeQuestBot. The web app is a taste of the feel.
What if I get matched but can't make it?
Just don't tap Accept, or tap "Not now." It releases and you (and they) go back in the pool.
Will the quests be weird?
Pleasantly. Think "slow-motion movie-reunion run across the lawn." Never heady, never cringe.
